IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Reservations are considered confirmed after receipt of the confirmation deposit.
Cancellation: With cancellations up to 60 days before arrival, the deposit is kept as a fee. The confirmation deposit will be deducted when booking again within 12 months.

- Cancellation up to 60 days before the day of arrival: free
- Cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the total cost
- Cancellation up to 20 days before the day of arrival: 70% of the total cost
- In case of cancellation a day before the arrival (or even shorter notice) or no cancellation at all, we will ask you to pay 100% of the total cost.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full price of the bill will be charged.
To avoid costs for cancellations, we advise you to take on this travel cancellation insurance (which costs about 50€ for a 4 people booking for one week). PLEASE CLICK HERE TO BOOK THIS “GUARDIAN-ANGEL”.
Final cleaning: It is not included in the price.
Holiday tax: €2,50 per person and night (applies to people over 14)
Payment: We request that our guests to pay in cash or via bank transfer.
